Whangamata Community Pool

Perched on the hill like a guardian angel keeping an eye on the town, the Onemana Fire station with its troop of dedicated volunteers is a vital part of the Coromandel.

We are dedicated to help build safer communities. We work closely with New Zealand Police and other organisations. Our patrollers are all volunteers trained to know what to look for, to be the local eyes and ears for NZ Police.

Our purpose is to advance the interests of ratepayers in Whangamata; to preserve, conserve and enhance the amenities of our town, harbours and estuaries
