The Lions Club and Whangamatā Business Association is helping people find those by publishing the maps, town and streets and the walks. The map will help people discover some stunning walks. For example, the Opoutere Forest Walk winds through the forest to a beautiful and often empty beach. Peninsula Walk gives 180 views of Whangamata.
