I'm Laura McCabe, a Whangamatā-based HR consultant with 25 years' senior HR experience.

I help business owners with all things people related: building great teams, hiring and onboarding new employees and putting the right foundations in place as you grow. When things get tricky: staff issues, difficult conversations, contracts, independent workplace investigations, I'll work alongside you for that too, with straight answers, no jargon and no judgement.
